Getting your 5 servings of veggies a day can be a bit of a chore. But with this super simple side dish that adds a little zip to any meal you can be well on your way to your healthy eating goal.
3 cloves garlic chopped
1/2 Tablespoon olive oil
Sea salt to taste
1/4 Teaspoon red chile pepper
Place olive oil in a sauté pan on medium heat. Add garlic and lightly brown, toss in broccoli, salt and pepper and stir until broccoli turns bright green but is still firm and crunchy (about 3 minutes). Remove from heat and serve.
