Stretch at your desk
This simple exercise can be a life saver…literally. With more studies finding that sitting for extended periods of time is as bad for your health as smoking cigarettes getting off your duff and stretching can be a really healthy thing to do.Doing this stretch at your desk allows you to stay productive while you take care of your health. This exercise stretches the upper and mid back along with the chest. It also helps improve blood flow and posture. I suggest you do this exercise for about one minute moving from beginning to end then repeat.
