Get Ups With Front Punches: A Full Body Workout for Strength & Stamina

Get ups with front punches is a full body exercise that is much more difficult than it looks. You can do this exercise in one or two minute intervals with 30 seconds to a one minute break in between sets. I recommend three sets. This is a killer full body workout but you can make this even more difficult by adding hand weights or a medicine ball. If you want to add the medicine ball, hold it against your chest in the laying position, get up then forcefully throw the medicine ball to the ground then do your punches. Pick the med ball back up then lay down on the ground and start again.
