This combo workout is great upper body strength training and targets the shoulders and the backs of the arms. As you do the exercise be sure to keep your core engaged and keep the movements controlled (it’s easy to try to go fast and hit yourself in the head with the weights). I suggest you do this exercise for 1 minute, rest for 30 seconds and repeat for 3 sets.
