South of the Border Fruit Salad: Video Recipe

Here’s the recipe for South of the Border Fruit Salad in case you missed it in the video:

Ingredients: Mango, Cantaloupe, Watermelon, Pineapple, Lime, Red Pepper, Chili Powder, Kosher Salt.  Optional: Jicama, Cucumber, Honeydew Melon and Coconut.

Just chop the fruit into bite-sized pieces, squeeze lime over the fruit, add seasonings to taste and enjoy!
